Little Rann of Kutch /Gujarat India. I met her and some other women while looking for some wild ass on the salt flats. These women carried an enormous bundle of grass on their head. They took a break when we stopped to take photographs (seeing as we are always 2 women when traveling in India, it is easier to make contact with the Indian women). They are more open and willing to talk to us and are very curious about our family status. How many children and how many of them are ..Sons?
Happy for a break. And I love her tattoos.
She needs a helping hand to put the heavy load back onto her head.
