On " Safari " in our backyard!
These two seem to be best friends, they always show up together and so off I went to capture them.
Not so easy as it turns out, because they were hiding behind me and when I finally spotted them they were speeding off …no time to focus properly!

Lately I have become aware of a lot of cross-species friendships. Since people don't seem to get along so well, it seems Mother Nature is letting the animals revert to the Garden of Eden behaviour.
ReplyDeleteNice pictures! I do wonder what is going on.

These images made me smile. Thank you
ReplyDeleteJust amazing! You did a great job in capturing them!
ReplyDeleteGreat action shots and what a gift to photography that area ~ Happy Week to you ~

Love that last action shot! Is that a fox? I'm so scared of them (I had a run in with one when I was 5 and have been in dread ever since!) He looks ominous in the second shot... you're one brave woman ;)
ReplyDeleteGreat leap shot!! Boom, Bobbi and Gary.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful to have this all in your back yard!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots of the animals.
ReplyDeleteJust the fact that they are friends is unreal!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful sight!
ReplyDeleteAn interesting and unusual twosome. What a great find.
ReplyDeleteBeste Freunde? Wie seltsam, aber auch wie schön. Ja, richtige action photography, auch ohne Brechstange. ;-)
ReplyDeleteManchmal werden die seltsamsten Leute Freunde, und bei Tieren ist es da scheinbar gelegentlich auch nicht anders! Schön, dass du sie noch erwischt hast! :)
