How to keep warm in a cold climate!

I spent some days in Berlin and even though we had blue sky and sunshine it was still cold.This woman found a method to keep warm...she kept on dancing and singing along to her music unfazed by the public attention.I love her daring outfit especially the shoes and her (one) matching glove.
