Aww.. My daughter, who is nine, has been cleaning out her room for the last few days, and parting with her dolls & doll things. There are some that I'm going to have to hang on to for the next generation!
i cannot remember i was into dolls when i was young. i had hand-over dolls so i really didn't learn to appreciate them but i remember i like to draw women from different countries and paste them on a board imagining it is a beauty pageant. :)
it's my first time to join the project. my take is here --->http://warmstonesite.com/2013/08/08/childhood-games/

ReplyDeleteOh yes do! One of my dolls is almost 100 years and I hope tp pass her on to my daughter one day!
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how real the expressions are on the doll on the right! My mom saved so much, but dolls didn't make it for some reason. Beautiful photos!
ReplyDeleteOops...meant to say...doll on the left. My bad.
ReplyDeleteOh, these are beautiful!
