Our World Tuesday

L`Islette (little island) is my favorite castle in the Loire Valley.

Privately owned it is only open from May to September.
Camille Claudel and Rodin visited many times to work and to pursue their love affair...Highly romantic!

The Rennaissance castle sits on a little island formed by the river Indre.

Detail of the kitchen.

The salon...beautiful old panelling.
