" New York is of in four ways:
It is the New York of 1622, with the Indians around, and its shape then:
which it still has.
It is the New York of Peter Stuyvesant.
It is the New York of James J. Walker.
It is the New York of someone who came here from New Jersey this morning
and left this afternoon.

For Katrin and Robin, maybe one day we will walk together in New York!

ReplyDeletePS: Let me know if you want to meet up for Kaffee und Kuchen when you're here in Berlin. And unfortunately, the Neue Nationalgalerie is closed for a few years. That's the museum I've been featuring. I think some of the collection is going to Hamburger Bahnhof.
